  1. In Bori, SC\/ST pre- and post-matriculation hostels will be opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The upgrading of 20 more beds at Community Health Center Bori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A new ITI will open in Litiya (Semaria).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ghotwani, Khilorakala, and Deori will each get a higher secondary school established.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. At Government College of Bori, M.A. political science and economics classes will begin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In Bori, an office for the deputy registrar will open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
